Cheryl was sporting a low parting with a slick but glamorous bun placed just above the hair line.
This is not so easy to do yourself but you can get close by putting in your side parting, pulling hair back into a pony, then with the pony tail split it in to three sections and wrap and pin in to place giving the bun alot of width.
A good smooth blow dry first is essential; try using James Brown mousse and spray to hold your look.

This rock chick look is great and very good for everyday hair.
The best way to achieve this is to use medium tongs and wrap the hair loosely around the barrel so you get a small wave, not curl.
Finish with Paul Mitchell Wax Works ; this will separate the hair and give it the messy texture you need for this style.
