To achieve glossy hair I recommend using head and shoulders hydrating smooth and silky shampoo and conditioner…

Then, prep your blow dry with Paul Mitchell Conditioning Mousse and Paul Mitchell Seal and Shine…

Ruff dry your hair to remove most of the moisture , then section by section blow dry.

The key to shine is to use a nozzle on the dryer and point down the hair shaft to smooth the cuticles flat , this will give you the shine as it irons out all the frizzy surfaces so it reflects light …..

To give a little extra finish if you can’t blowdry, use ghd irons with small sections. Remember to keep a fluid movement so you don’t get dents in the hair …

To finish you can use a serum to smooth and refine.

Always use a treatment on your hair if you blow dry and style lots as this will replenish the hair and stop it becoming dull.

I think the best way is to wash hair then towel dry, apply treatment and then sit in the bath as the steam will help the treatment penetrate into the hair.

If your hair is weak and you want body the best thing is too use Velcro rollers as they have no heat but give great root lift with out dryers and hot tongs.
