Beat bloating and wear Cheryl’s figure hugging clothes

Many have commented how lovely Cheryl looks in her figure hugging dresses and sparkly skin-tight leggings.
Here are our top tips on how avoid bloating.
Start by cutting out all wheat and sugar from your diet. Wheat tends to cause quite a bit of bloating, and it also encourages water retention. Just by avoiding anything containing wheat for up to two can noticeably flatten your stomach and make you feel much more slender.
This means swapping your sandwiches for salads or soups, and finding wheat free alternatives to pasta. By avoiding wheat you will also conveniently have to steer clear of biscuits and many other sweet temptations.
Cutting out sugar will help you not only cut down on calories, but will again reduce bloating and therefore flatten the stomach. Swap your sweet morning cereal to live natural yoghurt with sugar free muesli for the final week before the holiday.
Now that you are avoiding sweet snacks anyway because of the wheat and sugar exclusion, you can have raw carrots and fresh fruit as snacks. You will also get a good dose of many useful vitamins that will boost your health and can give you that healthy glow!
